During the holiday period, customer service staff will be available to assist you with recreation program registration and facility booking inquiries on December 27 & 28. You can access services by calling 519 661-5575, emailing email@example.com or visiting us in person at the Bostwick Community Centre Service Desk (2nd floor) or Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Registration is available online 24/7, 365 days a year.
Citi Plaza customer service will be closed from noon on December 24, 2018 until January 1, 2019. Regular customer service will resume on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.

If you don't have an account, follow these easy steps to get started. Note: You must be 18 years of age or older to set up an account.
1. Open the online registration portal.
2. Select "Create Account" and provide all necessary information. If you do not already have an existing account, your new account will be activated and you can register immediately.

Parks and Recreation Customer Service Staff are available by phone 519-661-5575, email or in person during the hours listed below. You will need your credit card and the course barcode number to register over the phone.

Payment is due at time of registration or booking. Visa, MasterCard, American Express (must be used for telephone registrations), debit cards, currently dated cheques and cash are accepted forms of payment. Post-dated cheques are not accepted. A service charge of $45 will be assessed on all NSF cheques.
Parks and Recreation advocates for all Londoners to be able to participate in recreation programs. For those unable to pay the costs of recreation programs, financial assistance may be available.

All children's programs specify appropriate ages to ensure the capacity of the participants and the course content is balanced. We may accept a registration if the child is, or will be turning the required age during the course. Some exceptions may apply.
Program Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to change advertised details or cancel a program when necessary. This may include rescheduling of classes due to circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not necessarily be issued under such circumstances. We will make every effort to contact you about the cancellation and will take steps to make up the class or compensate participants for lost time.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
If the City of London cancels a recreation program, a full credit or refund is issued.
The effective date of the withdrawal is the date the withdrawal request is received by Parks and Recreation Customer Service, regardless of whether or not the participant attended the program.
For withdrawal requests made more than 10 business days prior to the start of a program, your account will be credited in full. This applies to all programs EXCEPT summer day camps and summer swim lessons, which you can withdraw from up to 3 business days prior to the start of the program. For withdrawal requests made 10 business days or less up until the start of the first class, you will be credited 75% of the program fee. For withdrawal requests made after the first class and up until the start of the third class, you will be credited 75% of the program fee AFTER a per class fee for all program dates that have already occurred (regardless of attendance) have been deducted. Any credits can remain on an account for future programs or services. No credits or refunds will be issued after the start of the third class. All refunds will be processed back to you by way of the original method of payment. Withdrawals for medical reasons will be considered on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a credit/refund, proper documentation may be required.
Program Integration and Volunteer Assistance
The City of London is committed to providing access to services for all persons. Persons with special needs are welcome to attend any recreation activity compatible with their interests and abilities. Participants are encouraged to bring their own volunteer support. This volunteer could be a friend, spouse, family member or caregiver. The volunteer is not charged a fee when they attend a program with a paying, registered participant.
