What is proposed?
A Zoning By-Law Amendment to allow for:
- A 3.5-storey apartment building containing 8 units.
- Special provisions would permit the existing reduced frontage, a reduced minimum front yard, a reduced west interior side yard setback, and an increased density of 80 units per hectare.
