What is proposed?
Zoning By-Law Amendment to create site specific zone with special provisions for the existing Residential R6-5 Zone:
- Reduced Minimum Front, Rear, and Exterior Side Yard Depths
- Reduce Minimum Landscaped Open Space
- Increase Maximum Height (from 12m to 20.6m)
- Increase Maximum Density (from 35 uph to 83 uph)
The Zoning By-Law Amendment would permit:
- Two 6-storey apartment buildings (each with 62units), one 5-storey apartment building (52 units)
- 72 townhouse units
