What is proposed?

A Zoning By-Law Amendment to allow for: 

• An accessory barber shop and tattoo parlour within the existing building (Rocky’s Harley Davidson).
• The proposal is to renovate the interior of the building and repurpose approximately 28m2 (300 ft2) of the existing floor area for the proposed personal service establishment uses.
