All participants must register in advance here

Family 10 km

Explore Springbank Park from one end to the other on this family-friendly ride. There will be directional signage along the way, with washrooms and two rest stops along the route.

Start time window: 9:45 am to 10:15 am (as soon as you arrive and sign in, you can begin your adventure).

This ride is accessible as it starts and ends at Springbank Gardens, has accessible washrooms along the route, and travels on the paved Thames Valley Parkway pathway.

Recreational 35 km

Ride along the west and south branches of the Thames Valley Parkway through many City parks to admire the many vistas of the Thames River.  There will be directional signage along the way, with washrooms and three rest stops along the route.

Start time window: 9:15am to 9:45am (as soon as you arrive and sign in, you can begin your adventure).

This ride is accessible as it starts and ends at Springbank Gardens, has accessible washrooms along the route, and travels on the paved Thames Valley Parkway pathway.

Intermediate 75 km

This route will take you along the quiet rural roads surrounding London.  There will be  marshals and directional signage on the route, as well as three rest stops along the way complete with refreshments, washrooms, and a bike mechanic for minor repairs.  Upon finishing, celebrate your accomplishment with food, drink, and the camaraderie of other riders at Springbank Gardens.

The route will be open to other users, so we advise caution while out on the road.  While there is support, riders will need to be self-sufficient along the ride - pack appropriate clothing, helmet, spare tube, pump & patch kit, as well as food & water if you feel you will need extra nourishment between rest stops.

This ride is not fully accessible as it travels on rural roads and we cannot guarantee accessible washrooms.  For a map of the route, visit the registration site under "Routes and Maps".

Pre-ride talk at 8:15 am. Start time 8:30 a.m.
