464-466 Dufferin Ave & 499 Maitland St – The purpose and effect of this Official Plan and zoning change is to permit the use of an eat-in restaurant, maintain four (4) residential dwelling units and recognize existing site conditions. Possible amendment to the 1989 Official Plan to ADD a Special Policy Area to permit an eat-in restaurant within the ground floor of the existing building within the Low Density Residential designation. Possible amendment to The London Plan to ADD a Special Policy Area to permit an eat-in restaurant within the ground floor of the existing building within the Neighbourhoods Place Type, located along a Neighbourhood Street. If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of the Corporation of the City of London or of the Approval Authority to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of London before the application is adopted or approved, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of London before the proposed amendment is adopted or approved, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.

The Committee of Adjustment for the City of London will meet on Monday, November 25, 2019, commencing at 1:20 p.m., on the second floor of City Hall, 300 Dufferin Avenue, London, Ontario for the purpose of hearing the following applications for Minor Variance to Zoning By-law Z.-1.

To permit a maximum garage façade width of 56%, whereas a maximum garage façade width of 50% is permitted.

The London Consent Authority will be considering the following application for consent. Comments are due November 21, 2019 to the London Consent Authority.
B.048/19 – 49 Edwin Drive- Request to sever approximately 42.45m2 from 49 Edwin Drive and convey to 45 Edwin Drive for the purpose of existing residential uses. The retained lands, 49 Edwin Drive, will have an area of approximately 549.53m2 for the purpose of future residential development. Planner: M. Vivian
