TreeMe is a community grant program that provides London residents with the funds to plant trees on private property in their neighbourhoods.

The 2017 TreeME Matching Fund Round 2 is funding six city wide projects to plant more trees on private property.  This additional $170,000 will fund the planting of more than 4,300 trees in school yards, and industrial parkway, a community not-for-profit organization, a cemetery and local resident’s homes.

Thousands of volunteers in 17 neighbourhoods will contribute matching hours to educate, support and assist residents, employees and school children in selecting, planting and maintaining these trees in their efforts to increase the tree canopy cover in London.
