What is proposed?
A Zoning By-law Amendment to allow for:
- the addition of a third condominium unit in the form of a single detached dwelling
- a special provision for such things as reduced lot frontage (min.), reduced yard depth (min.), reduced landscape open space (min.), reduced yard depth (min.) and increased height (max.) for an accessory building.
