What is proposed?
A Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments to allow for:
• existing non-residential uses in existing buildings and existing site conditions
• automotive repair garages, support offices, charitable offices, studios, and warehouses
• minimum requirement of 59 parking spaces at 335-385 Saskatoon Street and 46 parking
spaces at 340-390 Saskatoon Street for permitted non-residential uses
• existing minimum lot area and existing minimum lot frontage for residential uses if
proposed in the future.
