Find a program that's right for you. Sign up early to avoid disappointment!
Browse through our online registration system or interactive Spectrum Activity Program Guide to find a program that's right for you! It's the easiest and quickest way to get information and register for programs. You can also pick up a printed copy while supplies last at indoor pools, arenas, community centres, libraries and customer service locations. An account is not necessary for browsing but is needed to register online.
If you have registered for a course, purchased a membership or booked a facility with Parks & Recreation after January 2000, your account and login information already exists. If you've provided us with an email address you can retrieve your PIN and barcode by selecting Forgot Password on the Welcome Page. Your login information will be emailed to you immediately. Note: if your email address on your account has been set as private, you will be unable to use the Forgot Password function. Please call customer service for assistance.
Duplicate accounts created online will be deleted.
If you don't have an account, follow these easy steps to create yours today. Note: You must be 18 years of age or older to have an account in your name.
1. Open online registration
2. Select Create Account and provide all necessary information. If you do not have an existing account, your new account will be activated and you can register immediately.

If you prefer to register by telephone or in person, Customer Service agents are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On Tuesday service is available 8:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. by phone, email or in person at Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre. Payment must be received at the time of registration. Visa, MasterCard, American Express (must be used for telephone registrations), debit cards, currently dated cheques and cash are accepted forms of payment. Post-dated cheques are not accepted. A service charge of $45 will be assessed on all NSF cheques.

We encourage Londoners to participate in our many leisure and recreation programs. For those unable to meet the full costs of recreation programs, financial assistance may be available.

Registration Policies (children's age, non resident frees, cancellations, refunds)
All child programs specify appropriate ages to ensure the capacity of the participants and the course content are balanced. We will accept registration if the child is, or will be turning the specified age during the course. Some exceptions may apply.
We receive a significant appropriation of London tax dollars to operate activities. For this reason, an additional fee is charged to individuals who reside outside of the city. Non-resident fees are shown in Spectrum as (N). Additional fees are as follows:
Program Cost: $10 to $20 Additional Fee: $3
Program Cost: Over $20 Additional Fee: $5
Program Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to change advertised details or cancel a program when necessary. This may include rescheduling of classes due to circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not necessarily be issued under such circumstances. We will make every effort to contact you about the cancellation and will take steps to make up the class or compensate participants for lost time.
Program Integration and Volunteer Assistance
The City of London is committed to providing access to services for all persons. Persons with special needs are welcome to attend any recreation activity compatible with their interests and abilities. Participants are encouraged to bring their own volunteer support. This volunteer could be a friend, spouse, family member or caregiver. The volunteer is not charged a fee when they attend a program with a paying, registered participant.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
If the City of London cancels a recreation program, a full credit or refund is issued.
The effective date of the withdrawal is the date the withdrawal notice is received by the City, regardless of when the participant stops attending the program.
Withdrawal requests made more than 10 business days prior to the start of a program will be credited in full. This applies to all programs EXCEPT summer day camps and summer swim lessons, which can withdraw up to 3 business days prior to the start date. The credit can remain on account for up to one calendar year to be used for future programs and services.
Withdrawal requests made 10 business days or less before the program start date or before the start of the 3rd class will be credited 75% of the program fee. The credit can remain on account for up to one calendar year to be used for future programs and services.
No refunds or credits will be issued after the 3rd class has started, except under extenuating circumstances. A medical certificate may be requested to substantiate a refund request due to medical circumstances.
REFUND REQUEST TYPE:
1) Program cancelled by the City of London - No administration fee will occur.
2) Debit/Credit Card refund request - An administration fee of 5% of the program will occur.
3) Cheque payment requested - An administration fee of $15 will occur.
