Flex Fitness Pass
In the Fall of 2015, many improvements commenced regarding City of London fitness programs. These improvements are designed for people who cannot commit to traditional scheduled fitness program sessions. The new "Flex pass" allows participants to choose from a variety of times and days as their schedule allows.
3 Ways to Participate:
1. Registered Programs: Guaranteed spot in class, but will not have the ability to make up missed classes. Refunds for missed classes will only be given out based on the City of London refund policy.
2. Flex Pass: Customers will have the ability to pick the classes they wish to attend. A number of flex pass spots will be made available in each registered class. Flex pass is available on a first come, first serve basis. Limited locations included (see attached)
3. Combination of Flex & Registered Program: Customers will have the option to register for classes and purchase a flex pass to meet their scheduling needs. Limited locations included in flex pass.
