Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP)


Municipal council approved 3 Residential Parking Permit Programs (RPPP) designated in London due to the high demand of parking in specific areas. This requires residents in the restricted areas to display special parking permits, permits are issued at 824 Dundas St, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:15pm. See Schedule 6.1 for zone locations.

Zone 1

Permits must be on display during the months of September 1st – April 31st, Monday to Friday.

Zone 2 

Permits must be on display year-round, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Zone 3 

Permits must be on display during the months of September 1st – April 31st, Sunday – Saturday, 24 hours a day.

Outside the above listed zone timeframes a Residential Parking Permit does not need to be displayed; however, all other parking by-laws need to be adhered to, for example; No Parking, No Stopping, No Parking 3:00AM – 5:00AM, Blocking a Sidewalk/Fire Hydrant, etc.

Eligible residents must come to 824 Dundas St. with the appropriate documentation, proof of residency (Tax Bill, Hydro Bill, Utility Bill, etc.), and pay fees, if applicable. All expired permits are to be returned to Parking Services.
