Mud Creek Subwatershed

The City of London is conducting a study to identify the preferred drainage and stormwater management works for mitigating the impacts associated with stormwater flows in the Mud Creek Subwatershed.   The Mud Creek Subwatershed is located within the City of London and is a major tributary of the main branch of the Thames River. The study will follow the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) process.

The purpose of this study is to develop environmentally sound recommendations that reflect the current and future subwatershed land use through a collaborative public and stakeholder consultation process.  The EA will then serve to determine the preferred drainage and stormwater management works in both the natural and built environment to mitigate future impacts and remediate identified issues.
