Online Registration
Online registration is available 24/7 and is the recommended method to register for Spectrum programs.
You need: Client Number, Account PIN, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
How to Setup an Account
1. Open online registration
2. Click Create Account
If you do not have an existing account, your account will be activated immediately.
Note: You must be 18 years of age or older to have an account in your name.
Please contact customer service if you encounter difficulty activating your account.
How To Retrieve Your Login Information
1. Open online registration
2. Click the Login button.
3. Click Forgot Password
4. Enter your e-mail address, your codes will be sent to you immediately.
Note: If your e-mail address on your account has been set as private, you will be unable to use the forgot password function. Please call
customer service for assistance.

Interactive Catalogue Features
The new interactive Spectrum catalogue is convenient
and easy to use.

Click on any barcode to register for the program online.
Share.
Use the right side menu to add favourites make notes or print. Click share at the top to share with a friend.

If you require a printed catalogue, copies are available while supplies last at indoor pools, community centres, libraries, City Hall, and Market Tower.

Fax, Mail, or Drop Off
Complete a registration form (located in Spectrum catalogue) and fax, mail, or drop off at one of the locations listed below.
Please note that faxed, mailed, or dropped off registrations are processed as time permits and may experience a delay. We do not suggest these methods for popular courses that may fill up fast.
Faxed registrations must include credit card information for payment, Mail or Drop off may be paid by cheque or credit card. Please do not mail cash.
In Person
You may register in person and pay with debit card, cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Please do not send cash through the mail. A service charge of $36.00 will be assessed on all NSF cheques.

The City of London would like all Londoners to participate in our many leisure and recreation programs. For those unable to meet the full costs of recreation programs, financial assistance may be available.
This is based on gross family income and documentation of income is requested. Please contact

Registration Policies - Cancellations, Refunds, and Non Resident Fees
Children's Age
All child programs specify appropriate ages to ensure the capacity of the participants and the course content are balanced. We will accept registration if the child is, or will be turning the specified age during the course. Some
exceptions may apply.
Payments
Payment must be received at the time of registration. Visa, MasterCard, American Express (must be used for telephone registrations), debit cards, currently dated cheques and cash are accepted forms of payment. Post-dated cheques are not accepted. Please do not send cash through the mail. A service charge of $36.00 will be assessed on all NSF cheques.

Confirmation of Enrolment
All registrations will receive a confirmation receipt (either in person, via e-mail, or mail). For registrations submitted via mail, fax, or drop off, you will be contacted directly only if the activity is full or there is a problem with the registration.

Non-City Residents
The Community Services Department receives a significant appropriation of London tax dollars to operate activities. For this reason, an additional fee is charged to individuals who reside outside of the city. Non-resident fees are shown in Spectrum as (N). Additional fees are as follows:

Program Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to change advertised details or cancel a program when necessary. This may include rescheduling of classes due to circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not necessarily be issued under such circumstances. Parks and Recreation will make every effort to contact you about the cancellation and will take steps to make up the class or compensate participants for lost time.
Program Integration & Volunteer Assistance
The City of London is committed to providing access to services for all persons. Persons with special needs are welcome to attend any recreation activity compatible with their interests and abilities. Participants are encouraged to bring their own volunteer support. This volunteer could be a friend, spouse, family member or caregiver. The volunteer is not charged a fee when they attend a program with a paying, registered participant.
Program Refunds
Program refunds initiated by the customer will be processed in the
following manner:
- Your refund is pro-rated from the time you notify us of your
withdrawal. No refunds after the 2nd class.
- A full refund will be issued if you withdraw 10 working days or more
before the program start date. Withdrawal from any Aquatics Leadership
program less than 10 business days before the start date will result in
a withdrawal fee of $25. If a refund request is made, the
refund
administration fee will also apply.
- If the request is received less than 10 working days before the
program begins, you will be charged for the first class plus
refund
administration fee .
- If the request is received after the program has begun you will be
charged for the classes that have passed (up to 2 classes), plus the
refund administration fee.
- Refunds for 1 day workshops must be made 10 working days before the
start date of the course and will not be pro-rated.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing a refund cheque. Refunds for
registration paid by credit card will appear on your next month's
statement.
Refund Administration Fee
An administration fee of $8 is charged for any refund requested. Only one
administrative fee will be charged if more than one withdrawal is processed
at the same time for the same family. An administration fee is not charged
if the withdrawal is due to medical reasons or if the program is cancelled
by Recreation Services. A medical certificate may be requested by Recreation
Services to substantiate a refund request. No administration fee will be
charged if you choose to leave your credit on account for future use.
