Winter Maintenance

The Winter Maintenance Program falls under the Roads and Transportation Service Area within the Environmental and Engineering Services Department. Our mission is to provide safe roads and sidewalks during the winter season at an affordable price.

The main goal of the Program is to provide the highest degree of vehicle and pedestrian mobility possible during inclement climate conditions experienced by London while providing such mobility consistent with the Minimum Maintenance Standards contained within Regulations of the Ontario Municipal Act.
