Provincial Offences

Information is provided here concerning the Provincial Offences Court office location, hours of operation, and answers to Frequently Asked Questions.  You can pay Provincial Offences Act (POA) fines here online. These may include Highway Traffic Act; Liquor Licence Act and some By-law violation fines. 

The Provincial Offences Court Office, located at 824 Dundas Street, is the place for payment of provincial offence fines, provincial offence trials, walk-in pleas of guilty, filing of re-openings and general inquiries about provincial offences. It also houses the office of the Municipal Prosecutor and City of London Parking Division offices, where parking tickets can be paid.
