Application forms from the Planning and Development Department are available in two formats - PDF or Microsoft Word files. Simply click on the relevant file format to download. Once downloaded you can review forms complete them and submit them to the address stated on each application form. For specific fee information follow the provided link.

Software such as Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to download and read the PDF documents; a free copy is available by clicking on the graphic to the right.

NOTE:

Microsoft Office Word 2003 was used to create the Subdivision, Condominium and Consent Application forms. If you are running an earlier version of Microsoft Office, it is highly recommended that you download the PDF version of the file, print a hardcopy, complete the application form, and either mail, fax or drop off the completed form to the Planning Division, 206 Dundas Street.

These forms have been set-up to print on legal (8 ½" by 14") paper. If you choose to print on letter (8 ½" by 11") paper, please note that the text size will automatically be scaled (reduced) to fit this reduced paper size.

Building division forms

The Building By-law provides information about the types of permits issued and services provided by the Building Division. PDF copies of forms and information about fees associated with permit applications issued by the Building Division are also available.
