Current Fee Schedules

A listing of the current fees for development applications is provided below. The prices shown are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Contact the Planning Division (519-661-4980), Development Approvals Business Unit (519-930-3500) or the Building Division (519-661-4555) for further information. Both on-line and hard copy application forms for development applications are available on this web site.

Building Division Fees

The Building By-law provides information about the types of permits issued and services provided by the Building Division. The current fees for these permits and services appears on Appendix A of the By-law. PDF copies of forms and information about other fees associated with building permit applications are also available.

Planning Division & Development Approvals Business Unit Application & Fee Schedule

Effective January 1, 2010, the following Planning Division & Development Approvals Business Unit Application & Fee Schedule will be applied to all applications.  An amendment including the Condominium - amalgamated fee came into effect March 1, 2010.

** Includes changing from standard unphased to standard phased and the reverse.
