Application review
Applications submitted are reviewed by a Human Resources
representative and hiring manager. Based on predetermined criteria, applications
are assessed and interview candidates identified. We appreciate all
applications; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
Candidate interviews
Depending on the position, candidates may have a number of
interviews with the Human Resource representative, hiring manager and other
City of London representatives. Interviews may include various testing,
presentations, behavioural based and/or situational questions.
Candidates invited to an interview are required to provide
a Criminal Record Search* and may be asked to bring other documents such
as the following:
Copy of educational transcripts (Note: It may be
necessary to have an assessment of professional and academic training
you've received in another country.)
Proof of professional certification/licences specified
in the career opportunity
Letters of reference - work-related and/or personal
