Online career applications

The Human Resources Division is proud to announce that as of February 1, 2010, the City of London will be moving to an online application system. You can use this new portal to view and apply for Current Career Opportunities we have available. If there isn't a suitable job opening for you at the moment, please feel free to submit your resume for Future Career Opportunities that may arise. A broad range of work exists at the City of London and when you submit information under Future Career Opportunities it is kept in our online system for three months.

Casual employment applications

Casual work opportunities are not yet part of our online application system. Positions which fall within this category include most job postings for the City 's Community Services Department. Temporary labourer update

Were you a temporary labourer during the 2009 season? The City of London is inviting applications from individuals who worked as a 107 temporary labourer last year to to reapply for 2010 employment. Letters with information were mailed the weeks of January 18 and January 25. All applications and documentation are due back by Friday February 5, 2010. If you do not receive a letter by January 29, please feel free to contact Human Resources at 519 661-2500 ext .5402 or 5837.

New applicants for 2010 temporary labourer positions. If you have not previously worked as a temporary labourer for the City of London, or have worked as a labourer before 2009, and wish to apply for the 2010 season, please check this page for more employment information starting February 6.
