Leader in Training 1

This program is for youth 13 years of age or older, and is a prerequisite for the Leader in Training 2 program.

• Explore tips for setting effective goals
• Identify leadership styles
• Develop communication skills
• Participate in six hours of practical experience at a City of London recreational program
   

Leader in Training 2

This program is for youth 14 years of age and older and is a prerequisite for the Leader in Training 3 program.

• Learn to identify bullying and prevention strategies
• Workplace Health and Safety orientation
• Learn how to plan a recreational program
• Participate in 15-20 hours of practical experience at a City of London recreational program
   

Leader in Training 3

• Develop conflict resolution techniques
• Develop your team building skills
• Developing self esteem in children
• Participate in 15-20 hours of practical experience at a City of London recreational program
• Complete High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development training
