SPARKS! Neighbourhood Matching Fund is a community grant program that provides funds to improve and enhance
neighbourhoods.
Your great ideas can help build, strengthen and enhance London neighbourhoods
and the quality of life for everyone with SPARKS!
The City of London will match your volunteer time contributions and donations
from $100 to $5,000.
