Notes on engagement processes:

  • Some customer service processes were excluded from this list (eg: calling, emailing or visiting a City staff person or department, posting a question to City Facebook page).
  • Some processes were collapsed or combined (eg: several similar Official Plan processes combined in number 1, tree planting and tree removal combined in number 13, community development initiatives summarized in number 23).
