Council Strategic Plan 2007 - 2010

An integral component of positioning London within the top rank of Canadian municipalities is ensuring that our municipality has a focused organizational strategy. Our 2007 - 2010 Council Strategic Plan provides the focus for our work in the community. It defines our vision, mandate, values and strategic priorities for the term of Council. The result is a clear demonstration of where we should allocate expertise, resources and energies to meet the needs and aspirations expressed by Londoners.

This is the first edition of Council's Strategic Plan and it is available as a pdf document. The City continues to monitor progress toward the eight Strategic Priorities set out by Council and has developed report cards that compare results annually alongside other municipalities to see how London measures.
