As part of the City's ongoing service enhancements permit holders can now interactively check the approval status and results of your building permit inspections as well as schedule or cancel an inspection.
Using the Building Permit Inspections service is easy. You simply enter the folder/application number and PIN you are provided when you made your application for a building permit.
If you need help or additional explanation when using this new online service just click on the question mark graphic that appears in the top right-hand corner. Or, you can send an e-mail with your inquiry or feedback comments by clicking on the envelope graphic that appears beside the question mark.
Fyi, any files related to building permits and/or development applications on record since 1983 are now conveniently available through the Building & Planning Information System.
