From this page you
can access a service to obtain information about building permits and
development applications for specific properties. You can now also use the
system to determine whether any active property standards orders or building
code violations are on record for a property.
Our Building & Planning Information System is an interactive tool
you can use by either typing in a specific address, permit number or reference
file number. The "search" menu options of CityMap are also
available.
Search results will display a summary of any application for permits, issued permits and site plan applications
on record since 1983. Information about any development applications such as official plan
or rezoning amendments, subdivision or condominium applications, committee of adjustment decisions, and information on heritage property
designations will also be included.
