Current Situation

The City of London is committed to doing everything possible to slow the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the delivery of vital City services. The health and safety of all Londoners is our top priority during these times.

On Wednesday, March 9, the Ontario Government released its Living with and Managing COVID-19 plan, which outlines the timeline for lifting remaining public health and workplace safety measures across Ontario.

Given the current trends in key public health and health system indicators, the Ontario Government will maintain current masking requirements in select indoor settings until June 11, 2022, under the Class Order.

The first three floors of City Hall remain open for in-person services. As well, the service counters at Citi Plaza remain open and the satellite offices for Ontario Works are open to the public.
