2:10 p.m. – A.136/19 - 32, 36, 40 York Street, on the north side of York Street, west of Ridout Street North. To increase the total number of units per hectare within the approved building. To permit 493 units per hectare, whereas 414 units per hectare is the maximum permitted through the Bonus Zone (B-45).
2:20 p.m. – A.137/19 - 744 Dundas Street, PLAN 304 BLK L PT LOT 8 N/S DUNDAS W/S ENGLISH, on the north side of Dundas Street, west of English Street. To construct a 3 storey, mixed use building. To permit a maximum density of 256 units per hectare, whereas a maximum density of 250 units per hectare is permitted. To permit one bedroom apartment units with an area of 33m2, whereas 47m2 is the minimum area required. To permit two bedroom apartment units with an area of 50m2, whereas 57m2 is the minimum area required.
2:30 p.m. – A.138/19 - 63 & 65 Glenwood Avenue, PLAN 438 LOT 128 PT LOT 129 RP 33R4097 PARTS 1,2,3,4, on the west side of Glenwood Avenue, north of Flora Street. To permit reduced lot frontage and lot area as a result of a consent (B.042/19). Retained Lands: To permit a lot area of 505m2, whereas a minimum lot area of 550m2 is required. To permit a lot frontage of 11.4m, whereas a minimum lot frontage of 12.0m is required. Severed Lands: To permit a lot area of 505m2, whereas a minimum lot area of 550m2 is required. To permit a lot frontage of 11.4m, whereas a minimum lot frontage of 12.0m is required. To permit a north interior side yard setback of 2.7m, whereas a minimum interior side yard setback of 3.0m is required.
If you wish to be notified of a decision of the Committee of Adjustment, you must appear in person or by Counsel at the hearing and file a written request with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment. An appeal from a decision of the Committee of Adjustment to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) shall be filed within 20 days of making the decision. The draft 2020-2023 Multi-Year Budget (Property Tax Supported Budget (Operating and Capital), Water Budget and Wastewater & Treatment Budget) was tabled at the Strategic Priorities and Policy Committee (SPPC) meeting held on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. The draft 2020-2023 Multi-Year Budget may be viewed at the City Clerk’s Office, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 300 Dufferin Avenue and on the City’s website at www.london.ca/budget. Members of the public are encouraged to become informed about the multi-year budget process through the following public engagement opportunities:
Budget Open Houses – at Goodwill Industries, 255 Horton Street East on Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 10 AM to 12 PM and Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 6 PM to 8 PM
Public Participation Meetings – Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 4 PM and Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 6 PM– Council Chambers, 300 Dufferin Avenue – Strategic Priorities and Policy Committee (SPPC). Any person wishing to provide comments to SPPC with respect to the draft 2020-2023 Multi-Year Budget may appear as a delegation before the SPPC meeting on Thursday January 23, 2020 and Thursday, February 13, 2020.
