CONSENTS

 

The London Consent Authority will be considering the following application for consent no earlier than Comments Due By February 22, 2018.
 

B.002/18 – 2081 Trafalgar Street – Request to sever three (3) lots with lot frontages of approximately 15.09 metres (49.5’) for the purpose of future residential uses, and to retain one (1) lot with a lot frontage of 15.09 metres (49.5’) for the purpose of future residential uses. If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the City of London Consent Authority in respect of the proposed consent does not make written submissions to the Consent Authority, before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Ontario Municipal Board may dismiss the appeal. Notice of Committee of Revision Meeting for Local Improvements
City Council has constructed the Local Improvement works shown below.  A Committee of Revision meeting will be held on February 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., in the Committee Room #1, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 300 Dufferin Ave, for the purpose of hearing complaints against the proposed assessment or the accuracy of the frontage measurements used in the calculation of the assessment. Any person who owns a lot to be specially charged may file an objection, in writing, setting out the reasons in support of it, with the City Clerk, Room 308, 300 Dufferin Ave, P.O. Box 5035, London ON, N6A 4L9.  The last day for filing an objection is on or before 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 20, 2018.  Please note that a hearing may not be held if there are no objections filed.
