725-735 Dundas Street, 389-393 Hewitt Street and a portion of 700 King Street – The purpose and effect of this zoning change is to permit a 24-storey, mixed-use commercial/residential apartment building containing 278 residential units, 870m² of commercial floor area and 259 parking spaces. Possible change to Zoning By-law Z.-1 FROM a Business District Commercial Special Provision Bonus (BDC(24)*D160*H36*B-32) Zone and a Business District Commercial Special Provision (BDC(19)*D250*H46) Zone TO a Business District Commercial Special Provision Bonus (BDC(24)*D160*H36*B-(_)) Zone to permit the proposed mixed-use building and a comprehensive zone for all properties. Services Available During the Holidays
December 24 and 31 the Canada Games Aquatic Centre and South London Community Pool will be closed at 11 a.m. Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre pool will be closed.
December 25, 26 and January 1, the Canada Games Aquatic Centre, Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre and the South London Pool will be closed.

Arenas and Outdoor Ice Rinks:
Arenas will be closed December 24 and 31 at 11 a.m. and all day December 25 and January 1. All arenas will be open December 26 from 4 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. All arenas are open on December 27, 28, 29, and 30 and January 2. Call individual arenas for specific times related to public skating or refer to the online Skate Guide.
Victoria Park Ice Rink is open throughout the holidays (weather permitting) from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The rink is closed for ice resurfacing from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily.
Covent Garden Market Rotary Rink will be open (weather permitting) Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Knights Games and special events at Budweiser Gardens until 7:30 p.m.), and Sundays 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All community centres, including Kiwanis Seniors’ Community Centre and Hamilton Road Seniors’ Centre & Community Centre are closed on December 25, 26 and January 1. Case Status and Cheque Information for Ongoing Ontario Works Participants - Over the holiday period, as throughout the rest of the year, Ontario Works participants can access information about their case by calling the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System at 1-800-808-2268. The IVR system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7).
Children’s Services - Children’s Services will be closed from December 24, 2019 at noon until December 30, 2019 8:30am. Children’s Services will be open December 30, and December 31, 2019 until noon. Children’s Services will be closed from December 31, 2019 at noon until January 2, 2020 at 8:30 am. Housing Services - including the Housing Access Centre at Citi Plaza, 355 Wellington St. Suite 248, will be closed at noon on December 24 until December 30 at 8:30 a.m. Open December 30 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and December 31 at 8:30 a.m. until noon. Closed January 1.
