Corporate Asset Management Plan 2014

The Corporate Asset Management Plan 2014 (the Plan) is a strategic document that states how London’s $10.9 billion worth of assets are to be managed over the next ten years and beyond.  It is the City’s first plan developed in accordance with the Provincial guideline “Building Together: Guide for Municipal Asset Management Plans.”  London's Plan sets out how our infrastructure will be managed  to ensure that it is capable of providing the levels of service needed to support the citizens of London, focusing on levels of service, risk, lifecycle asset management planning and long-term financing.

The Plan is a companion document to the State of Infrastructure Report 2013 that described the current state of London’s infrastructure and forecasted what will be needed to sustain it over the next 10 years.

The Plan is a living public document which will be refreshed annually with full updates planned every five years.
