About Josh

Josh is currently serving his first term as Councillor for Ward 7. He resides in Ward 7 with his wife Melanie and their three children. Josh studied at Western University where he completed a Combined Honours Degree in Economic and Political Science, and a Masters of Political Science (with a focus on Local Government).  He is the Recruitment and Development Officer for Western University’s Local Government Program.

Josh is an active member of his community. He has served in leadership roles on several community organizations and service clubs as well as local boards (both public and private).  He is passionate about involving the community in the governance of our City and has been a leader and advocate for finding effective and authentic methods of civic engagement.
