About Bill

Bill has been the representative for Ward 2 for nearly twenty years. He began his career in municipal politics in 1994. Bill is a Paralegal, a member of the Law Society of Canada, and a certified mediator.

Bill is experienced and passionate about serving Ward 2 and is actively involved in the Argyle BIA. He has worked closely with the London Police Services COR Unit to organize public meetings with local residents regarding crime issues in their neighbourhood. He has also been instrumental in urging the City of London to construct a sound barrier wall along on the Veteran's Memorial Parkway. Bill has been influential in the planning process and approved 2018 construction of the new multi-purpose recreation centre in ward 2. The new, modern, full-service facility will boast an indoor pool, a gymnasium and a community centre.
