Service System Plan

The 2024-2028 City of London and Middlesex County Licensed Child Care and Early Years Service System Plan provides a roadmap of the key priorities and action items being undertaken to support the Licensed Child Care and Early Years sector in providing accessible, inclusive, affordable and high quality programs for the children and families in our community. Progress on the Service System Plan is reported annually.
