The Planning and Environment Committee will consider the following matters at a Public Participation Meeting to be held January 8, 2018. The meeting will take place in City Hall, Council Chambers. If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of London before the application is adopted or approved, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Municipal Council or the Approval Authority of the City of London to the Ontario Municipal Board.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of London before the proposed amendment is adopted or approved, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the Board, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.

NOTICE

Updated Community Improvement Plan Financial Incentive Program Guidelines - Resulting from the Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Service Review undertaken during 2016 and 2017, Municipal Council voted in May 2017 to amend the financial incentive program guidelines for the Façade Improvement Loan Program, Upgrade to Building Code Loan Program, Rehabilitation and Redevelopment Tax Grant Program, Residential Development Charge Grant Program, Industrial Development Charge Grant Program, and Industrial Corridor Enhancement Grant Program available through the Downtown, Old East Village, SoHo, and Industrial Lands CIPs. The by-laws to update the aforementioned financial incentive program guidelines will be presented at the December 4, 2017 Planning and Environment Committee.
