Residential Infill Study - OZ-8701

In September 2015, City Council requested Staff to undertake an analysis of recent infill development with regards to the applicable policies, regulations and processes. The residential infill study has been a consultation and review process of Official Plan policy, Zoning By-law regulations and review processes related to the redevelopment of low density housing forms in established residential neighbourhoods to find solutions that will facilitate development that better fits within the character of established residential neighbourhoods.

The presentation below includes the most recent approach for consideration.
The associated Official Plan and Zoning amendment file is OZ-8701. Staff are receiving comments on this potential approach.
