City-Wide – Housekeeping Amendment to Sections 2 and 4 of the Zoning Bylaw

What is proposed?

A Zoning By-law to:

• Amend regulations commonly associated with minor variance applications and interpretation issues;  
• Correct typographical and grammatical errors and omissions; 
• Remove and update references to older terminologies to reflect changes to provincial ministries, policy documents and legislation.
