What is proposed?

A Zoning By-law Amendment to allow for:

• An additional use of “waste transfer and recycling depot”;
• A reduced frontage of 30m;
• A special provision to permit more than two shipping containers on site;
• The removal of the general ‘h’ holding provision; and,
• All other uses permitted under the existing Light Industrial/General Industrial (LI6/GI2) Zone will continue to be permitted.
