and is bounded the South Branch of the Thames River to the north, Commissioners Road to the south and major ravines and open space to the west and east. The total study area is approximately 132 hectares in size. Currently, there are six property owners, representing approximately 89 hectares of the study area, participating in the process.
Addendum (May 2007) This document provides updated information relating to the final plan and provides a revised Preferred Land Use Plan. The document addresses concerns and issues raised by the comments agencies who have reviewed the final plan and reflects changes on the west side of the study area.

Final Report (September 2006) This 154 page document provides the consultant's preferred land use plan and the basis/justification for the assigned land use designations. Detailed background studies relating to the natural environment, geotechnical and hydrogeological, water recourses, archaeological, transportation, servicing and land needs have been included in the report.

Draft Background Studies (March 2006) provides overview of the planning framework and study area; description and analysis of existing conditions; identification of opportunities, constraints & issues; identification of options/alternatives and associated recommendations; and delineates the preliminary land use concepts.
Draft Appendix (March 2006)
Terms of Reference (final version) is to specify the requirements, methodology and products that will be necessary for the recommendation of a final Area Plan to City Council. The Terms of Reference are being brought forward to Planning Committee for review and will ultimately be adopted by Council. The Work Plan establishes a timeline for review process. The study was initiated in October 2005 and is scheduled for completion by the Fall of 2006.
